Abstract
Background: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a progressive respiratory disorder characterized by persistent airflow limitation and symptoms such as dyspnea, cough, and sputum production. Integrating conventional therapy with Traditional Medicine approaches, including Yang-sheng exercises, may offer additional clinical benefits. Objectives: To describe selected characteristics of patients with COPD with the Fei–Shen Xu pattern and to evaluate the effects of Nguyen Van Huong's Yang-sheng exercises as an adjunct therapy in these patients. Materials and Methods: A total of 60 patients with stable COPD diagnosed with the Fei-Shen Xu pattern were enrolled and randomly assigned to two groups.
