The Adherence in Chronic Diseases Scale (ACDS) is an internationally validated tool for assessing medication adherence; however, its application in Vietnam remains limited. The Heart Failure Management Program has been implemented at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy hospital, evaluating adherence using the ACDS and identifying related factors are essential to guide clinical pharmacy interventions. Objectives: To assess medication adherence using the ACDS and identify associated factors among outpatients with heart failure. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on heart failure patients aged ≥ 18 years who had been treated with heart failure medications for at least one month prior to enrollment, attending Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy hospital, between July 2024 and June 2025.| Published | 2026-06-18 | |
