Đặt vấn đề: Rối loạn phổ tự kỷ (RLPTK) là một tình trạng phát triển thần kinh phức tạp, đặc trưng bởi những khiếm khuyết trong giao tiếp, tương tác xã hội và hành vi. Việc hiểu rõ các đặc điểm phát triển tâm- vận động ở trẻ mắc RLPTK có ý nghĩa quan trọng cho can thiệp sớm và quản lý bệnh.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm phát triển tâm-vận động ở trẻ từ 24 đến 72 tháng tuổi mắc RLPTK.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả được tiến hành trên 98 trẻ từ 24 đến 72 tháng tuổi được chẩn đoán rối loạn phổ tự kỷ tại Bệnh viện Trung ương Huế, thời gian từ 12/2024 đến 9/2025.
Kết quả: Trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ chậm phát triển rõ rệt ở các lĩnh vực liên quan đến giao tiếp như: chậm phát triển ngôn ngữ (100%); chậm phát triển lĩnh vực cá nhân-xã hội (100%). Có 78,6% trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ chậm phát triển vận động tinh tế, thích ứng và 42,9% trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ chậm phát triển vận động thô. Trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ chậm phát triển ở mức vừa và nặng (DQ < 54) chiếm tỉ lệ 53,1%.
Kết luận: Trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ chậm phát triển nhiều nhất ở các lĩnh vực liên quan đến giao tiếp và phần lớn trẻ có chỉ số phát triển (DQ) < 75.
